Exercise for Life—An Introduction to Yoga & Pilates about once every month @ the Shanghai Community Centre (Puxi) We were invited by the Shanghai Community Centre to hold a workshop at their Hong Qiao centre, titled Exercise for Life. Most of us understand that we need to take in different types of food in order to fuel our growth or enhance our wellbeing in different stages of our life. Yet do we realize that we need to adjust our exercise plan in different stages of our life to best serve our bones, muscles and joints? Also, we eat since the day we were until we get old. Why don't we exercise for life? |
